This dark neighborhood bar has TVs in every sight line, and parents and kids come for the traditional pizza. Order flat and deep-dish pizzas with all the usual toppings and extra cheese. Most popular is "Tommy's," with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and green peppers. "The Best Italian Submarines This Side of Rome" are piled-high and come with secret-recipe cole slaw. Save MoneyWhat a bargain: $13.65 for a loaded extra-large pizza or $15.35 for deep-dish. Subs and sandwiches are $3.25 to $6.50.
Ok, I have really had it with the $5 pizza . I am so sick of getting the same BLAH taste from all the fast pizza chains. I decided to try Green Lantern and I am HOOKED! I have never eaten in the restaurant, but I order carry-out whenever we have pizza. I love the thick hand cut pepperoni and the thin cheesy crust. You can not beat this home cooked taste. They do everything right. If you haven't tried it you are missing out. I even added them to my cell phone numbers so I can call when I am in the neighborhood. Order now and you will not be disappointed!!!!

They offer a Full Bar offering Beer, Wine, Cocktails. They serve Lunch, Dinner and open late night. They offer Dine-In and Carry out. Prices range from $10-$14 for dinner. Green Lantern accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment. Green Lantern's restrooms are not handicapped accessible. Chairs are Fat Friendly. Parking is limited. BEST pizza around. I LOVE pizza and traveled around this great state and country (not to try pizza I might add) but I will try some pie where ever I go. I would have to say this is one of the best I had. It is a little greasy, but, that’s this style of pizza. Like all good pies, the preparation is the key, along with sauce and fresh dough. I like different types. Chicago is known for the deep dish; NY is known for their thin crust and CA is known for their... more healthy type of pie. So you really can’t say this is the best! Because of the different types and flavors each store presents. All in all I rate their pizza an 8. 8 because of the grease, but that’s me.
I like the traditional old school pizza. I am sick and tired of the mainstream Hungry Howie's and Little Ceasar's. This is a very greasy pizza but thats because they hand cut there pepperoni and shred there own cheese. Anyways I have been going here for years and I love it. Good job!!!!!! A++++
Green Lantern has the best pizza around. The local newspaper as having the best pizza has voted them. There only down fall is the size of the place. It is usually full and you sometimes have to wait a long time to get a seat. I think I usually always have to wait for a spot. They also have a great sub and salad. I think this is one of my all time favorite restaurants. The prices are as good as the pizza taste.
The BEST pizza I have ever eaten!!! Hands down!! We went to the Green Lantern Lounge for the first time on Sunday and here it is Friday, less than a week has gone by and we are going again tonight. I can't get enough of the yummy cheesy delicious pizza and the Lantern Bread is awesome too!!!
I have the Green Lantern every Sunday, I swear this pizza is an intoxicating aphrodisiac!! Sunday can't come soon enough!!!
The pizza seriously makes my entire body tremble. I think most women would agree that the pepperoni is hard, thick, and will fill up your mouth with every biteful. At Green Lantern, you'll never go hungry.
I moved out of the area for a few years. It was hard to not be able to get my favorite Green Lantern pizza. I'm back in Royal Oak now and I'm really looking forward to having it again. Some god things just never change!

We now live across the country, however, whenever we are back in MI...Green Latern is our first and last stop of the trip. It is the most amazing pizza we have ever had! Our family travels throughout the world and there is still ONLY ONE Green Latern!!!
